SimpleHelp - Allows companies to support their customers by connecting to their machines and taking control of the customers desktop. From the customers perspective: customer simply connects to the built in web server in SimpleHelp or connects to your website and sees the integrated SimpleHelp support client. They then enter their details and wait for a technician to connect to them.Meanwhile, all technicians are connected to the central SimpleHelp server (hosted by you) and can see a list of waiting customers. They can pick any customers they wish to connect to and join their support session. Once connected the technician has complete control over the desktop, can text-chat with the customer and transfer files back and forth.
